A Bit About Me

I have been training for around 10years. I started competing 6 years ago, winning the UKBFF British finals in the Classic Bodybuilding category, in my first year of competing.

I have competed around the world representing the UK in IFBB World & European classic bodybuilding championships in places such as, Austria, Azerbaijan, Santa Susana, Madrid and Benidorm.

In 2016 I finished 5th in the IFBB European Classic Bodybuilding Championships (Spain). I then went on to the IFBB World Classic Bodybuilding Championships in Benidorm where I took 1st placed and for filled my dream goal. After achieving this, I then decided to open my own health bar and meal prep business in Blackpool “Macro’s Health Bar” and “Macro’s Meal Prep” due to my own knowledge on how vital it is to eat healthy to maintain a good physique.

I have decide now to give my advice and help you all, to achieve the goals you all want.
